Return and exchange policy
To initiate a return, please submit a request through your VELVET LUST account. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care to assist you with the return process. VELVET LUST stands behind our goods and services and wants customers to be satisfied. One-off exchange or return is accepted with the original receipt within 15 days of receiving the package. Items must be returned to us unused with all tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
There’s no cost to exchange your purchase. Although if you’re based outside the US, taxes and duties are applicable. If you wish to try another style, simply return it to us and place a new order separately.
Orders & Shipping
Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the email address that we have on file for you. This e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number.
Once your order is placed, a standard processing time of up to 2 business days is required before the order is shipped out. Orders placed on weekends and holidays processing times may exceed 2 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tracks on the progress of your delivery.

Cancel & Payment
We provide payment via Mastercard, Paypal and visa.Payment is only occurred from your card at time of dispatch. Our goals is designed to facilitate easy and convenient payment which means you can also place your order by calling Customer Service.
Well depending on the status of your order, once the item shipped it cannot be canceled. To request changes to your order, you may contact us via Customer Service.
